For over three decades, Gary has been involved in software/technology businesses, growing them from early stage (zero) to over $100m ARR. He has raised many rounds from VC/PE investors in both California and Europe, led or participated in six exits, and created enormous value for customers, partners, and shareholders. Interestingly, Gary has lived and worked in California for over 20 years but is now back in London. He enjoys helping US companies expand to Europe and vice versa and is both a US and UK citizen. Helping founders and leadership teams is his passion. His core competencies include GTM planning and execution, hiring and people development, motivation and team leadership, problem solving, data analysis and reporting, multi-tasking, market/strategy development, and fundraising.
